Subscription FAQs
When will my order ship?
Your first order will be shipped promptly after your order is placed.
After the initial order, subscription orders are automatically placed on the 1st of each billing month, and shipped no later than the 5th.
When am I charged for my subscription order?
Your first order will be charge immediately upon your initial order.
After your first order, subscription orders are automatically placed on the 1st of each billing month.
Special Note for Monthly Subscriptions: If you place a monthly subscription order 7 days or less before the first of a new month, you will be charged immediately for that order. However, the next charge will skip one month.
For example, if you place an order on November 26, you will be charged on that day, but your next charge will not occur until January 1st. This allows you to enjoy your first box without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
How often will my subscription renew?
You can choose from three convenient subscription plans:
- Monthly
- Every other month
- Every three months
